What a beautiful, splendiferous day.  Slush and mud included.  As long as I have Mr. Handsome and my darling doggie, a healthy family, and a peaceful heart, all is well in the world.

What I've Learned So Far This Year...

  Don't decorate the front of the house if you don't regularly enter through it.  

Since our garage is in the back, we have forgotten to remove certain holiday embellishments.  

Oh the shame. 

Sunsets are best enjoyed while sitting in a car, waiting at a stoplight, when least expected.

Ice storms make pretty leaf molds.

I am addicted to textures.  I will never be the same.

I love my dog.  Even if she has to nap on my lap while I work on the computer.  

Or maybe I love her because she has to sit on my lap while I work on my computer.
